The Penthouse apartment is on the fourth floor (no lift) and has been completely renovated with wonderful wooden parquet floors and a cool modern style. It is heated and air conditioned.
The living room is stylish and modern with a large sofa . There is a dining table and chairs and a LCD flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player. From the living area you can walk out onto the huge 95 square metre terrace which offers superb views over the Vatican and St. Peters. Here you can dine out, al fresco, use the barbeque and enjoy the roman ambiance.
The bedroom is of a good size with a double bed and access out onto the balcony where again you can enjoy the views over the city. The wooden parquet floor is delightful and a further single bed can be provided for a third guest if required.
The kitchenette is fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge and has a microwave and has a breakfast bar area.
The bathroom has an amazing jacuzzi bath to unwind in after a full days sightseeing, w.c. and sink.
Fantastic location in the St. Peter area is just a short walk from the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel.

For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
