Lovely apartment with terrace in the tranquil heart of Trastevere.
The apartment is on the ground floor with its own private entrance and is newly refurbished and air conditioned. There are two good sized en-suite double bedrooms and views out onto a private secluded garden.
The living area is wonderfully light and bright has a red double sofa bed with coffee table and arm chair with also an open fireplace. There is a TV, DVD and stereo. From the living area you can walk out onto the terrace where you can breakfast outside overlooking the garden.
The bedroom is spacious and light with lots of fitted wardrobe space and a large double wrought iron bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. There is an en-suite shower room. The windows are features in themselves being arched and shuttered with views out onto the lush garden.
The second bedroom has two single beds again with storage space and an en-suite shower room.
The bathrooms both are new white and fresh and have a large shower, sink and w.c.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and there is a washing machine. There is a dining table and chairs. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
If you want to bring a well behaved pet, no problem.
Great location by the tranquil Botanical Gardens but just a short walk to the buzzing Trastevere area with plenty of bars and restaurants and the coolest area, the Campo de Fiori, to savour the roman way of life.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
