To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

This apartment is centrally located and provides a great base to explore all the sights.
The apartment is on the first floor and there is also a lift. The apartment comprises a good sized living room with a double sofa bed and a dining table and chairs for four people. The room is decorated in a modern but eclectic style with wooden floors and air conditioning. There is also a TV and DVD player to keep the kids amused while you are getting ready to hit the sights.
There is a kitchenette which is fully equipped with a microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, gas hob and oven. An iron and ironing board is also available.
The bedroom provides a king size double bed and plenty of cupboard space in a handsome chest of drawers with bedside tables and reading lamps.
The mosaic tiled bathroom has a shower, sink and w.c.
Conveniently located near the main railway station there are plenty of surrounding restaurants for eating out, and if you want to eat in you can take advantage of the many typical delicatessens, food markets and shops nearby. The world famous Spanish Steps are just a short walk away.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
