This modern second floor apartment (with lift) is in a recently renovated building in the central Porta Maggiore area.
On entering the apartment there is a hallway which opens out into an amazing light living area beautifully furnished with modern Italian furniture. There is a large cream double sofa bed and matching cream single sofa bed/arm chair with occasional tables, lamps and TV. The apartment has both central heating and air conditioning to be comfortable at any time of year.
There is a modern American style kitchen fitted along one wall with a microwave, electric oven, washing machine, coffee maker and a dining area with a table and dining chairs. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The bedroom is all in cream with a colourful rug at the end of the double bed. There are also bedside tables and reading lamps provided with an ample wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom is all in white with a bath and a shower attachment, with a wonderful long sink, w.c. and bidet.
There is a parking space available if required.
Situated in the lively Porta Maggiore area it still has great communication links into the historical centre of Rome via a short bus ride but offers a more authentic modern roman experience with every kind of supermarket, shop, internet and restaurants close by.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
