To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Testaccio
Cosy with view to the hills.
This cosy roman apartment is situated on the second floor of a building dating from the beginning of the 19th century and benefits from a wide accessible lift.
It's composed of a large entrance hall leading on to a living area with a a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs and TV. There is a separate area with a single sofa bed also.
The apartment is centrally heated and due to the hugely thick walls is beautifully cosy in winter but cool in summer. For any extra hot summer nights fans are provided for every room. There is also double glazing. From the apartment the view is the Aventino Hill, one of the famous seven hills of Rome.
The bedroom is cool and simple with a double king size bed, bedside tables and reading lamps plus chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, four ring hob, washing machine and dish washer with a kitchen table for breakfasting. An iron and ironing board are provided.
The bathroom has a shower (no bath), sink and w.c.
The area is well served with transport links to the main terminals and is right in the lively and cool area of Testaccio. A short walk to the Colosseo and the Foro Romano mean you can treat yourself to something cultured then commercial.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
