To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

This elegant apartment has been totally refurbished and is situated right by the entrance to the Vatican City. Although central it is amazingly green and tranquil.
The air conditioned apartment opens out in to a bright living room with a double sofa bed and sturdy wooden dining table and chairs for four. There are original tiling on the floors plus a cosy rug and there is a beautiful open brickwork vaulted celing. There is a TV and stereo.
There is a separate cosy bedroom with a great wrought iron double bed and tiled floor. There is a chest of drawers provided and chair.
The ensuite bathroom is a stylish marbled room with a shower (no bath), sink, bidet and w.c.
The kitchen is independent and fully equipped and provides a washing machine, microwave oven, fridge, gas 4 ring hob, kettle, iron and ironing board. Ther is also an extendable table and chairs for breakfasting.
A parking space is also available for you if you require one.
Superbly located in the St Peter area just a few steps from the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
