To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Ideally situated in the central Flaminio area right in the historical centre of Rome.
This is a fantastic apartment which boasts astonishing hand painted frescos on the walls to bring home to you the authentic roman experience.
On entering the apartment there is a wide T-shaped hallway entrance, which opens into a bright living room with two comfortable single sofa beds, TV and stereo. The floors are cool pale tiles.
There is a fully equipped american kitchen including an oven, microwave and washing machine. There is a handy breakfast bar with stools if you prefer to have your early morning cappuccino in the apartment. An iron and ironing board are also supplied.
The bedroom has two single beds with plenty of built in shelving and cupbard space. The apartment is air conditioned.
The bathroom has a bath, sink, bidet and w.c. and is in cool tiles and dark marble.
Right by the Porta del and the Egyptian Obelisk where you can enjoy an exceptional view of the city and an exceptional time exploring.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
