Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

This gorgeous apartment has been completely renovated and provides all you will need for a sucessful Roman Holiday.
A welcoming entrance hall leads to a bright and good sized living room with a american style kitchen. It is fully air conditioned by two air conditioning units in the living area and also in the bedroom.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and four ring hob with plenty of room round a glass topped dining table and four wrought iron chairs all lit by halogen spot lights or a standard lamp for a warmer ambience if you prefer.
There is then a comfortable L-shaped double sofa bed with a modern style coffee table and TV.
The bedroom has a king size bed and leads on to a dressing area then an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is super modern with a bath, sink and w.c.
An iron and Ironing board are supplied and if you want to bring a well behaved pet, no problem.
Wonderfully situated in the area of the great archaelogical sights. Enjoy the splendor of the Colosseo by night or the ancient atmosphere of the Foro Romano by day.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
