To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

This compact attic studio offers an almost unique close up view of the cupula of St. Peter's from your own window to be able to savour at close hand the magical atmosphere of the Eternal City.
The apartment is situated just in front of the entrance to the Vatican city in a leafy and quiet area and provides a small studio style space but perfectly located.
The kitchenette is fitted with a sink, gas hob and kettle and the bathroom provides a shower (no bath), sink, bidet and w.c.
There is a double sofa bed and TV with chest of drawers and fold out dining table so you can breakfast while enjoying the view from the roof tops.
An iron and Ironing board are supplied and if you want to bring a well behaved pet, no problem.
A parking space is available if required.
Ideally located in Saint Peter area and just a few steps away from the Vatican and the marvelous Sistine Chapel not forgetting the Via Veneto, the location of Fellinis famous film "Dolce Vita".
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
