Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

This delightful apartment with an open beamed ceiling is situated in the most desirable and central area of Rome, located close to the magnificent Piazza Navona and the marvellous Bernini fountains and just a short walk to the Pantheon.
The private front door leads to the stairway to the first floor and the newly refurbished studio style apartment.
The apartment is of a rustic style with thick tiled floor and open wooden beams against pale cream walls but has the benefit of air conditioning throughout.
On entering there is a bright living area with a glass topped wrought iron dining table and two chairs by the breakfast bar. There is a cream single sofa bed and chest of drawers with a TV overlooking the bustling and typical roman street, the via dei Coronari. The american style fitted kitchen is equipped with a two ring electric hob and coffee maker. Also supplied are an iron and ironing board.
Separated off from the living area, the bedroom is tucked away by a half height wall. There is a double bed and two bedside cabinets and reading lamp.
The good sized bathroom has a shower (no bath), sink and w.c. and has space for a washing machine.
This is a great a partment, close to all the main sights including the wonderful Spanish Steps, and the fashion houses and famous jeweller shops on the Via Condotti and Via Frattina.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
