To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Under Age 10 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 10 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Wonderfully located, on the famous artist street of Via Margutta, just seconds away from the charming Piazza di Spagna and the beautiful Spanish Steps. The apartment has just been renovated and sits in a beautifully renovated 18th century building. The apartment was formerly the studio of the famous artist Lorenzo Gigotti. The building boasts a magnificent inner courtyard, brimming with palm trees, wisteria and jasmine. A glorious setting. This is a truly unique apartment in the historic centre of amazing Rome.
This spacious loft has been created from the artist's studio with the addition of a large mezzanine level where the bedroom is located. The bedroom has a luxurious double bed, bedside tables, lamps and wardrobe. It also has a desk and chair. It is connected to the living room via an elegant walnut staircase.
The bright living room has beautiful terracotta tiled floors, two comfortable double sofa beds, lamps, coffee table and T.V. There is also a dining area, a functional kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and a 2 ring electric hob. Perfect for making breakfast or a snack. With a huge choice of wonderful restaurants in the Piazza below and romantic surrounding streets our guests will be spoilt for dining options!
From the living room doors open out onto the stunning terrace with panoramic views over the roof tops of ancient Rome. There is a dining table and chairs. Beautiful pots and plants create a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy a relaxed breakfast before embarking on a days exploring of this buzzing city or romantic glass of wine admiring the views on your return.
There is a luxurious bathroom with bath, separate shower and double wash basins sunk into an elegant marble top.
The apartment is air conditioned, and heated for year-round comfort. There is also a direct line telephone, internet connection and satellite television.
