To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.
Guests - select the number of people in your party that are aged 2 or over on the arrival date. If there are many

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Sumptous apartment with terrace.
This sumptuous apartment easily accommodates up to seven guests in a fantastic location.
Fully refurbished, the apartment is air conditioned and is on the first floor of a n 18th century palace.
The living area is composed of a welcoming entrance hall which opens out into a wide parquet floored living room with two sofa beds (one single and one double) with italian designed furniture, TV and stereo.
From here you can walk out onto the terrace to enjoy some pre-dinner drinks.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
Within the kitchen dining area is a dining table and chairs for everybody to breakfast together.
There are two spacious double bedrooms with double king size beds. The first bedroom also has two additional single beds.
There are also two bathrooms both with shower, sink and w.c.
A parking space is also available if required.
Right by the Opera house and Piazza della Repubblica and in easy walking to the railway station, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of restaurants, cinemas, theatres, museums and shopping.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
