To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.
Guests - select the number of people in your party that are aged 2 or over on the arrival date. If there are many

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Spacious and elegant.
A presitigious apartment which is well located and with great communications to all the sights.
The apartment is elegant and artistic with antique furniture and art works, but also with a lift, air conditioning and heating.
The entrance hall leads on to a spacious and comfortable living area with a TV, video, stereo and internet connection. There is also a phone available for long term guests. It has a superb marble floor and a double sofa bed and a further single sofa bed. The chandelier and ornate rugs add plenty of style.
The first bedroom has a double bed with parquet flooring and warm rugs.
The second bedroom has a two single iron framed beds.
The third bedroom/study is smaller and has a single bed.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine in a separate laundry area. An iron and ironing board are also available. Here there is also a dining table and chairs.
There are two bathrooms, one with a bath tub, sink and w.c the other with a shower, sink and w.c.
Right by the Opera house and Piazza della Repubblica and in easy walking to the railway station, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. There are plenty of restaurants, cinemas, theatres, museums and shopping.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
