apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Exceptional style and view to Parthenon.
A superbly elegant apartment for six guests in the heart of the ancient city.
The duplex apartment is on the third floor of 17th Century palace, previous home to nobility, and has wonderful parquet flooring throughout.
The living area is air conditioned and is a fantastic space with magnificent views directly to the Pantheon. It is furnished in a very elegant and stylish manner in keeping with the location and full of select pieces and art works. Here there is also a TV and stereo. There is a grand round wooden dining table and chairs for six where you can entertain in style.
On this floor there is also a bedroom with double bed, desk, chairs and wardrobe space.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave and washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
On the upper floor there are the remaining two spacious bedrooms all with double beds and plenty of wardrobe space. They are bright and elegant and flooded with natural light from the roof lights.
There are four bathrooms, three of which have a shower, sink and w.c and the fourth has a bath tub, sink and w.c.
A suberb exceptional quality apartment with views to the Parthenon and the Spanish Steps are within walking distance plus the cool down town are of Campo de'Fiori.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
The rental of this apartment requires a cash deposit of 300 euros as a security deposit against any damages, to be paid upon arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
