To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.
Guests - select the number of people in your party that are aged 2 or over on the arrival date. If there are many
people in your group, you may not fit into only one apartment, so try using our

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Modern penthouse with terrace.
A spacious two bedroom penthouse apartment with a lovely view over the roman landscape.
The apartment is orientated so that it enjoys some spectacular sunsets and is very bright and light.
The living area has a huge L-shaped sofa and TV with access out onto the terrace. There is also a dining table and chairs if you want to entertain at home.
The terrace is delightful with trailing flowering plants and a great place for cocktails before going out for the evening.
The first bedroom has a double bed and a single sofa bed if required. There is plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space and also a TV and stereo. From here you can walk out onto the terrace.
The second bedroom is marbled floored and has two single beds that can be made up together if required. Again there is plenty of wardobe and cupboard space and access out onto the terrace.
The large modern independent kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwaster and huge american style fridge. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The bathroom has a bath with hand held shower plus futher shower cabin, sink and w.c.
If you want to bring a well behaved pet, no problem.
A lovely sleek modern space with all the comforts but perfectly located in the St. Peters district and the Sistine Chapel and Vatican museums close at hand. Great communication links also to the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
