To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.
Guests - select the number of people in your party that are aged 2 or over on the arrival date. If there are many
people in your group, you may not fit into only one apartment, so try using our

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

A very smart modern apartment with terrace and jacuzzi.
This is a very comfortable air conditioned one bedroom apartment with a great terrace in a quiet residential area.
The living area is very bright and smart with a cream double sofa bed, coffee table and separate dining table and chairs. The furniture is modern and tasteful and provides a fresh ambience. There is a TV and stereo provided.
There bedroom is cosy with a double bed under a great splash of colour from the artwork. There is plenty of wardrobe space
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The modern bathroom provides a jacuzzi bath with hand held shower attachement, sink and w.c.
If you want to bring a well behaved pet, no problem.
There is a parking space with the apartment if you require one.
Located in a quiet residential area but with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and internet cafes nearby and the historical sights completely accessible via a few minutes on the metro to the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo and the Colosseum.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
