To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.
Guests - select the number of people in your party that are aged 2 or over on the arrival date. If there are many

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

This charming apartment has been fully refurbished and provides one bedroom and a huge terrace.
On the third floor of a historic building the apartment is sunny and air conditioned.
The living area has a double sofa bed with a dining table and chairs and a TV.
From here you can walk out onto the great terrace where you can take al fresco meals as there is a further table and chairs and wonderful views over the city.
The bedroom has a king sized double bed with reading lamps and a bedside table.
The independent kitchen if fully equipped and has an oven, hob, fridge and washing machine. An iron and ironing board is also provided.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and w.c.
If you want to bring a well behaved pet, no problem.
The apartment is in the characteristic Roman district of Trasteve where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and easy walking access to some of the main sights.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
A deposit of EUR 200 will be requested upon arrival for each stay. The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage is done to the apartments and their content.
Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette. In case the kitchenette is not left clean and neat, guests will be charged EUR 50 for the cleaning.
On request it will be possible to provide:
Garage parking: EUR 15 per day
Additional cleaning: EUR 30
Additional linen change: EUR 7 per person
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
