To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Elegance and delightful views.
Impressive one bedroom apartment located in a 16th Century historical palace.
On the second floor and elegantly furnished the apartment comprises of a living area, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
The living area is elegantly styled with lots of windows and french doors allowing the light in and tapestries and rugs making the room very welcoming. There is a comfortable double sofa bed and a dining table with chairs in front of an original open fire place. There is a TV, stereo and internet connection provided and there are wonderful views to the picturesque Piazzetta San Simeone and the famous fountain from the french windows which lead out onto a standing balcony.
The american style kitchen is fully equipped with hob, microwave oven and washing machine. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The bedroom area is a romantic mezzanine floor with a wooden beamed ceiling, overlooking the living area and has a king sized bed with plenty of wardrobe space.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and w.c.
If you want to bring a well behaved pet, no problem.
Ideally located in the very heart of the historical area in the famous antiquarian street a few steps from the magnificent Piazza Navona. The Pantheon and the Spanish steps are near by and a short walk leads you to the cool area of Campo de'Fiori where there are great places for cocktails before dinner.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
A deposit of EUR 200 will be requested upon arrival for each stay. The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage is done to the apartments and their content.
Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette. In case the kitchenette is not left clean and neat, guests will be charged EUR 50 for the cleaning.
On request it will be possible to provide:
Garage parking: EUR 15 per day
Additional cleaning: EUR 30
Additional linen change: EUR 7 per person
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
