To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

A deposit of EUR 200 will be requested upon arrival for each stay. The deposit will be returned upon departure if no damage is done to the apartments and their content.
Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette. In case the kitchenette is not left clean and neat, guests will be charged EUR 50 for the cleaning.
On request it will be possible to provide:
Garage parking: EUR 15 per day
Additional cleaning: EUR 30
Additional linen change: EUR 7 per person
Located in a newly refurbished old factory which is one of the most important examples of industrial archaeology in the city we have ten identical apartments.
The apartments have been completely renovated and provide a great space lit by huge windows with views over the ancient Roman city walls.
All apartments are on the third floor, are fully air conditioned, heated and provide a security deposit box , internet connection and parking if required. Each are elegantly fitted out with marble floors and birch and oak wood doors and furniture.
The apartment has a living area with a double sofa bed and additional single sofa bed if required. There is a LCD flat screen TV with satellite channels and internet connection. To one side there is a dining table and chairs and a desk if you need to work, or use the internet.
The bedroom has a double bed with bedside cabinets and reading lamps with plenty of wardrobe space.
There is a kitchenette which is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The bathroom has a shower, sink and w.c.
There is a safety deposit box in the apartment.
A garage space is available if required for a fee of EUR 15 per day.
Great accommodation to suit visitors as tourists, professionals or academics as the apartments are only a few minutes from the University and the Policlinico Umberto. The trendy quarter of San Lorenzo is also close by for restaurants, bars and live music. The metro line A is just 10 minutes walk away which allows you to easily reach the main sites including; Piazza Barberini:5 minutes, Spanish Steps:10 minutes, Piazza del Popolo:15 minutes, the archaeological area (Colosseum and Roman Forum):15 minutes.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

For this apartment we are able to offer, subject to availability, airport transfers.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre: 55 Euro for up to 3 persons; 70 Euro for 4/5 persons; 80 Euro for 8 persons.
From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.

For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
