To find the apartments that are available for your dates, number of nights, and can accommodate the number of people in

Arrival - enter your arrival date in the format dd/mm/yy - that means the day first, then the month, then the year.

Under Age 2 - select the number of people in your party that will be UNDER 2 on the arrival
date, and that WILL require a bed. We need to know this so we can calculate the price correctly, as in most
apartments they stay for free. You do not need to include any infants that do NOT require a bed - you can
request a cot for them when booking.

Top floor penthouse apartment in an elegant building in a quiet area.
The apartment has been renovated, with a lift and air conditioning and provides a cosy space at the top of the building with access to a great private terrace.
The living area has a double sofa bed and a kitchenette with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with a hob, oven and fridge.
The large terrace is a space where you can spend lots of time as there is a covered shaded area where there is a dining table and chairs then an open area where you can enjoy the sun with splendid views over the town.
The bedroom is in the eaves and is light, bright and has plenty of storage space. There is a single bed and a single sofa bed with a desk and chair.
The white tiled bathroom has shower, sink and w.c.
A cosy apartment with a fantastic terrace and great transport links to the main sights.
Only children under 2 years of age are free. Children 2 years and over and adults are charged as guests.

From Ciampino / Fiumicino to Rome city centre, and return: 110 Euro for up to 3 persons; 140 Euro for 4/5 persons; 160 Euro for 8 persons.
From Termini railway station to the apartment: 35 Euro for up to 3 persons: 45 Euro for 4/5 persons.
Additional Booking Conditions:
For bookings cancelled between 30 and 15 days of arrival a charge of 50% of the outstanding balance will be charged. Bookings cancelled within 15 days of arrival will be charged the full outstanding balance.
