What a location! The apartment building overlooks the beautiful Piazza di Spangna and is right next door to the beautiful Spanish Steps. Guests have a private terrace looking right onto the stunning Spanish Steps. This is one of Rome's most famous locations and is a perfect base for your visit to fabulous Rome.
This is one of several apartments and suites located in this building. The building is a beautifully restored traditional XVIII century Roman building. It has been restored with the utmost sympathy with its historic heritage yet manages to combine modern comforts with style and tradition. The apartments are immaculately presented and have been furnished to an extremely high standard.
There is a concierge desk during the day so guests can easily get advice and tips on excursions and recommendations.
The living room is absolutely beautiful with stunning wooden floors, elegant yet comfortable furniture including two sofas, side tables and lamps. One of the sofas opens up into a very comfortable queen size bed.
There are sumptuous curtains and beautiful artwork. This is a prefect space to relax after a busy day exploring the city.
From the living room there are doors out onto the pretty terrace which is big enough to contain a table and chairs and from which you can admire the splendid facade of the Trinit? dei Monti church and the Spanish Steps.
The main bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, wardrobe, beside tables and lamps. It also enjoys views directly over the Spanish steps. The second bedroom has a single bed and an additional pull-out bed. It too has views over the Spanish steps.
The bathroom is beautiful with elegant white and blue hand-painted tiles and the large window offers yet another splendid view of the Trinit? dei Monti church. It has a bathtub.
The modern kitchen has everything you may require for self catering. It has a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, pots and pans. The kitchen is large enough to eat in at the attractive breakfast bar.
The apartment is air conditioned, and heated for year-round comfort. There is also a direct line telephone, internet connection and satellite television.
