This beautiful penthouse apartment is wonderfully located for your stay in Rome. The immaculately renovated building is opposite the Palazzo Barberini just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. It is also in easy reach, on foot, to the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Coliseum and with the metro just one minute away its perfectly linked to the rest of Rome's amazing attractions.
The building enjoys the services of a concierge desk so advise and assistance is always at hand.
The building is more than simply an apartment building. It is also an art gallery. The communal areas and the apartments themselves are filled with inspirational art - paintings, sculptures and funky installations.
This spacious and bright one bedroom penthouse is totally unique and is beautifully appointed. With two fabulous private roof terraces it is a real treat. Both terraces offer fantastic roof-top views across the city. You can even see the dome of St Peters at the Vatican from the bed! With plenty of furniture this is a wonderful place to relax and soak up the ambience of the city.
In the bedrrom the king sized bed is a treat, with luxurious up-scale linen and sumptuous wood. There are attractive wooden bedside tables, lamps, and attractive lighting. The bedroom has a TV with satellite channels including English language channels. The floors are beautiful - stripped wood throughout.
The living room is designed for relaxing and also for sleeping. There is a very comfortable double sofa bed and dinning table and chairs.
The kitchen is simple but prefect for preparing breakfast or a lunch. There is a 2 ring electric hob, a refrigerator and kettle. Pots, pans, crockery etc are provided for self catering. Tea making facilities and supplies are also provided.
The bathroom is simple but immaculate. It is modern, and tiled throughout with wonderful Italian tiles. There is a large shower, wc, hand basin and bidet.
The apartment has free high speed internet connection.
The apartment is cleaned daily.
